Interdisciplinary Workshop on Dizziness, Disorientation, and Instability

From neuroscientific and physiological to the cultural, artistic and philosophical engagement with dizziness, this conference is structured as a kaleidoscopic spectrum offering different perspectives on a condition that is embodied and experienced as much as metaphorical and cultural. The program is structured into two sections: the first focusing on dizziness and balance, and the second on dizziness and collapse. With Prof. Dr. Alexander C. Stahn, Warren Neidich, Marcus Steinweg, Anna Kim, Prof. Dr. Jack Halberstam, Dominique Savitri Bonarjee, a.o.

The conference is part of the Iliggocene–The Age of Dizziness project in cooperation with KINDL – Centre for Contemporary Art and funded by Kulturstiftung des Bundes.
